I believe it goes "we we are jumping in the streets.. we we are dancing to the beat?" and the background music goes like wooooo weeee wooooo weee... woooo wee woooo weeeeen.

could you maybe be talking about David Bowie & Mick Haggar "dancing in the streets" ? i know it was in a few commercials.
