Why do you like Amy Winehouse?

I really don't get the appeal of Amy Winehouse. But maybe it is just because I don't like her song "Rehab" and because I find the self-destructive youth of that song and her life very sad. But given the six Grammy nominations, maybe I am missing something. If you like Amy Winehouse, can you give me some insight into why and maybe suggest some other songs that might be better than "Rehab"?

I like her music.
Like the person said above me, it's got this sort of 50/60's sound to it.

As a recording artist I admire her for her talent
As a person, I pity her because of how self-destructive she is. Lister to her CD "Frank" and her new CD Back to Black

Because it is fun to dress up like her and be really really drunk. That is My opinion at least :)

She's our very 1st celeb' seemingly Made JUST to send her to rehab. I don't get it either...

I like her voice. When I first heard "Rehab" I thought it was about love. Boy, was I wrong.

As a person, I don't think much of her and fear she won't live long and will become another over-rated never-was due to an early death.

If she gets clean, she could rule the pop world. Not since Macy Gray has such an honest to goodness soul singer come along. Her voice stands out while everybody tries to sound like every body else.

she's cool has great music and can sing and is different than everybody else out right now.

She sucks bad! I dont know who gave her a recording contract, but whoever it was needs serious counseling or needs to be fired and get out of show biz. She not only sings like sh*t, but she is one nasty bit*h too. Hows thAT for some insight.
