What is the exact location of the fountain in the 1980s Go-Go's video for "Our Lips Are Sealed"?

I'm referring (naturally) to the fountain they splash around in for the last part of the video. I'm sure it's somewhere in Los Angeles, but ...where?

The "Electric Fountain" is located in Beverly Garden Park, at the northwest corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd. in Beverly Hills. Apparently it is also featured in the 1995 movie Clueless, with Alicia Silverstone.
