Its a heavy rock song thats really intense, it has a rock part that intervals a guy screaming something like "I wish as was deaaaaaaad" thanks

Could it be the Dropkick Murphys "I'm Shipping Up to Boston?"

That song features a screaming line that says "I lost my leeeeg!"

It was featured in The Departed.
