Rock songs for a beginning band?

My little brother and his friends started a band and can't find anything to play. They're thirteen, and all of them are pretty good musicians, but have trouble playing a lot of complex parts at the same time. They've got two guitarists, a bassist, a drummer and a keyboardist/vocalist. I wouldn't recommend any songs past 1990, after that they all conflict on which kinds of music they like.

Counting Crows, Bush, Nirvana, Everclear, Green Day are some simple ones

alot of youngsters like playing "smells like teen spirit"

AC/DC, or try and learn some ozzy

Start them off with anything from the first 5 Ramones albums.
Also the 1st SOCIAL DISTORTION album.
" Everybody Wants You " by Billy Squire is easy
