What would you say, would be the most overrated and overplayed album/song of the last five years?

Well I don't have a song or album to talk about but here goes...
Anything that has to to do with Nickelback.
I'm, sorry but they suck.
Their not rock.
THEIR COUNTRY.
Their music is way to overplayed...
They just suck so bad.

I'd say the most overplayed song is "Enter Sandman".

green day's american idiot. that blvd of broken dreams song sucked, and it got played like every 5 minutes on the radio.

Green Day's American Idiot.
I mean, it was a good CD until you heard half the songs on the radio every time you turned it on.
There's an extent of which songs and CDs should be played, and that one just got blown out of proportion.

collectively known as MAINSTREAM RADIO, or songs that coproration insert into commercial just to bring more people.

The most constantly played album on the radio this year is Fergie's "The Dutchess" you just can't go a day without hearing at least on of her songs on the radio.

I personally can't stand the scissor sisters, that "I don't feel like dancing"

Most overplayed would be Umbrella for sure.

All rap sounds the same to me so if they play one Rap song.. they've played them all.
So.. I would have to say rap is overplayed.
