What is the name of that british electric/guitar band with no vocals?

They have no vocals, and use electronic music and guitars, and have a song which is really long called ssomething like 49mins or something? They have an outlandish name as well I think, they are a 21st band, any ideas thanks.

Can you be a little more specific, I know it's difficult if you don't know the tilte of the song. Troubel is, there is quite lot of bands around here who might well fit the bill. What is their music style?
