Can someone reccomend some songs/artists?

I really like Foo Fighters (Everlong is my favorite) and Red Hot Chili Peppers. I HATE country and most rap/hip hop. Rock and alternative is great. Good alternative, not that Fall Out Boy crap. :) Thanks.

well i listen to Alternative and punk so some good bands are for example Linkin Park (my fav), My Chemical Romance, Panic! At The Disco, Fall Out Boy and others that i cant remember.

i think you should give My chemical romace a try, the old stuff is great. Also, some Senses Fail, Scary Kids Scaring Kids. If not those then Skillet, Avenged Sevenfold, maybe even Everlast and 3 doors down. Ohh, you can try some hardcore bands like Atreyu. Check them out, personally, i love them but we all haf different styles right. You can always ask for some more, if you want. =]

I highly recomend everything on this page, especially the top 20 or so. Mainly punk or some related genre either prefiguring it or deriving influence from it. All of it is great though, I garuntee it.


And if you like Alternative rock try out Dinosaur Jr, I mention them specially because I haven't listened to them enough for them to be on my top page but I like them a lot, nice loud alternative rock with a melody and without those generic vocals and sub-metal riffs that you hear in 90% of the music on alternative radio stations.
