Which group of fanboys are more annoying? Slayer fanboys or Slipknot fanatics?

Everywhere I go these days, the people who seem to make "immature" or "out of control"-like comments seem to be either Slayer groupies or Slipknot groupies...hell, Kerry King has stated he likes Slipknot because they're mass chaos...just like Slayer's stuff. I'd never pick on either fans in person because most of the times, they are creepy and can beat the **** out of me.

Anyways, which group is more annoying?

In all fairness, I'd like to say that I really don't take issue with either camp. Compared to other fanboys or fangirls of other various genres, these two don't bother me in the least. Still, in order to directly answer the question, I'll go with Slipknot.

IMO, their "creepiness" most of the time is either your own narrow-minded interpretation (e.g., "everyone with long hair and a black shirt is creepy") or, when someone actually tries to look creepy, it may be a way to hide their own insecurity.
Otherwise, I completely agree with Rckets.

Slayer because they're more open in Australia (you see more of them). But that is the only reason, I'm not discriminating against either band.

But, over here (and it sounds like everywhere else as well) it's the young teenage girl rock fans that really annoy me. Even though that's kind of hypocritical, because i am a young teenage girl rock fan. But I'm sure I'm less annoying than some people.

I happen to fans of both Slayer and Slipknot and I'm not a fuckingg weirdo or creepy, but i can kick your @$$. Plus we're aren't the only people who are crazy and immature plus not all of us are weird and there are other weirdos who listen to different types of music, and only a dumb fuckk would think that we are the only ones.

Slipknot is an awful assault upon the ears. If you think you're metal and you're listening to Slipknot, you're the biggest sort of poser. You also probably chew rocks and have trouble tying your shoes.

Definetly Slipknot types. Make me want to throw up.

even though I like the band I am going to have to say Slipknot fanatics, but as far as Slayer fans go, I heard that one time at a Slayer concert this guy carved "Slayer" really deep into his arm, then poured gasolene on it and lit it on fire, so yeah that may be a little okay VERY extreme but I still think Slipknot fans are more annoying

And Slipknot fans are an absolute atrocity upon metal and all metal fans. Within the metal community, they arent even considered to be a part of the metal genre and it bugs me to no end when Slipknot fans prance around claiming their music is metal!!! And sometimes i just want to kill myself when posers call Slipknot death metal.

At least Slayer is metal, they are not annoying, just fuckin awesome!!!!
