I love all of the above bands! They are amazing...check them out. Mayday parade. They're awesome. of the above bands - Of Montreal seems to be the only "up and coming" band. Most of the other aforementioned bands are already established.
Try something like Tacks the boy Disaster, St Vincent, or Monkey Gun. Nice: On Ice or John Vanderslice might also be worth a listen, too.
for some "tried and true" bands that are still under the radar, try Trachenburg Family Slideshow Players, K.O.S., Audra, or Sonata Artica are solid picks. Of Montreal
