Name the 60's psychedelic band that combined psychedelic rock with eastern "arabic" music.?

maybe I should have been more specific. The band is american, and the combining of the two kinds took place in th 60's (1967 to be specific) The Beatles and the Stones combined their music with Indian music as faer as I remember not arabic. Led Zeppelin never were psychedelic and did it many years later.

The best example I can think of was a California band called Kaleidoscope.
