Guitar Hero 3 vs. Rock Band?

What do you think is better? The companies that made Guitar Hero 2 split and one of them made Guitar Hero 3 and the other made Rock Band. I don't need this for advice just like a survey. I am getting Rock Band anyway so just answer. Thanx a bunch.

They are both great, but on rock band you have to play the same songs over and over to unlock new ones. You just get really burned out on the songs.

Guitar Hero.. .Rock Band's stuff is easily breakable and more fragile then the Guitar hero's guitar.

But then again you can sing, play drums or guitar with Rock Band

I don't have a personal opinion on this, but at the Spike Video Game Awards, Rock Band won the award for best rhythm game, beating Guitar Hero 3. I only know this because I tuned in to find out who was going to be the 2nd coach on the new season of The Ultimate Fighter reality series (Quinton Jackson will be coaching one team, Forrest Griffin the other.)

Its hard to say. Rock Band is really fun with a whole "band". But GHIII has really good songs and its a lot harder then Rock Band. But I think I'd say...BOTH!!!!

Well speaking as someone who has only played them for fun at other peoples' houses and not owning one, Rock Band is much more fun because you can have a whole group of people participating.

if you just like playing the guitar, go for guitar hero. the guitar in rock band isnt nearly as fun. but the drums are kinda cool. and rock band is sweet if your having a party.

rock band is better with a big group of people, and there's more selection to choose for instruments. and it depends on which songs you like better
