the almost Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Just went to their concert recently and they are pretty good.
They deal in Christmas songs mostly and since Christmas is just around the corner... :) Lincoln Brewster..he is really good!! There was a Christian doom metal band that was pretty good.
Most Christian music sucks, though. Especially the Christian metalcore. there is no good christian music My favorite Christian band is "Over The Rhine" from Cincinnati Ohio.
They've been around since 1990, and have released 17 Cd's. Linford Detweiler and Karin Bergquist, the married couple at the heart of the band have recently been named to Paste magazine鈥檚 list of the "100 Best Living Songwriters"
The sound is kind of hard to pinpoint, but it expands beyond rock to encompass elements of country and jazz, with a rich sophistication to piano-led chamber ballads and jazz-inflected folk. Derek Webb is awesome. His old band, Caedmon's Call is pretty popular, though I mainly just like the songs he sang on.
Third Day is good. Chris Tomlin. Sarah Groves has a real pretty voice. christian music? I remember "Stryper" (80's christian rock band-they have some good tunes but I haven't heard their music since I switched to c.d.'s) kutless
