1968 = OK TERRIFIC.

With all due respect, these others must be wrong.
I mean, I remember seein' them on TV, and that was AFTER 1968, and they hadn't changed their name yet. Of course, by that time none of them were actually "young" anymore, true enough. Perhaps they could have changed their name to "Them Ol' Rascals."
One thing I was always kinda puzzled about though....I never knew why they sold so many records, because that Alfalfa couldn't carry a tune inna bucket!
