Def Lepard, Van Halen, White Snake, Bon Jovi, are some good rock bands along with Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper.... Duran Duran is one of the best 80's bands, and they just came out with another CD recently. Look up the song, Notorious. It's genius. Their new cd, Red Carpet Massacre, is out now, too. i saw Van Halen, a couple weeks ago, other than that I think most are retired. I follow Metallica, they are working on a new CD. All I hear is rap. tears for fears, duran duran, roxy music (love brian ferry). level 42, hue and cry, bon jovi, heart, metallica ah the list could go on. Joy Division
