What are some songs that r similiar to "master of puppets" ?

Well, besides the other early Metallica songs from the same period, I'd try out a band called Testament. Look out for a tune called "Envy Life".

Maybe also a band called Overkill. ("Years of Decay", "Time to Kill")

Slayer might be your thing too.

I'd just get the entire 'Master of Puppets' album along w/ "Ride the Lightning", "And Justice for All" & "Kill Em All".
