Which is the best British band for all times, Queen or The Beatles?

I like both of them. But for the amount of songs I actually liked by them I'd have to go for Queen.

I liked the beatles films esp. hard days night...makes me laugh.

I would pick Queen too but I would personally choose Keane as the best band in not just Britain but in Europe........

Queen is good. I mean really, really GOOD, but the Beatles win hands down any day in my book!

They both are the greatest bandsi One is pop the other is rock so they are both the best bands in the world.

LOTS of excellent british rock bands out there - past and present. I like every band mentioned so far. It depends upon what metrics you are using. Do you go by straight up "Their music pleases me most", record sales, concert ticket sales, general popularity votes, how long they put out music, total number of albums...
