okay i had to come over to the uk section of Y!A to answer this since mika is from here but any way can someone please interpret the chorus of the song lollipop i always wondered what it meant

I think it's about sleeping with someone for the sake of it. "Sucking too hard on your lollipop ohh loves gonna get you down" in other words you won't get very far sleeping with people for the fun of it.

I don't think it has any specific "sexual" connotations, it is just a ditty of a tune - my 4 year old daughter loves it, and it is often played at kids parties as it is a catchy song

I think that it's meant to take the p*** because your obviously meant to look at it in a risque way, because alot of things now are sex orientated but he's just randomly decided to write a song about lollipops just to be different
