This song is "Ordinary Miracle" and is originally by Sarah McLachlan (the Sarah McLachlan version can be found on the Charlotte's Web soundtrack).
Kathy Fisher (of the band Fisher) is the one who sings it in the CVS commercial.
Per Fisher's website http://www.fishertheband.com the song is not available on cd or in itunes yet.
BUT..you can buy it from Kathy's myspace page for 99 cents.
