ive started signing lessons about 2 months ago. is a high D ok? That's really a question you need to discuss with your voice teacher who should, by now, have a pretty good idea where you stand rangewise and can advise you on how to improve your range. Trust your teachers judgement. A high D? Which one? Honestly, in singing, how high you can go is not an issue. There are many people who sing quite low that sing better than others who can sing extremely high. It is good to have a wide range in singing, but truthfully, the best thing is improving your technique. If your high D, though, is the one I'm thinking of, good job! hmmm.... thats a very interesting question there.... hmmmm....
it depends on your vocal range, you know... if your a boy or a girl, and how high and low your voice is and stuff.
