Do lots of people find Nelly Furtado's Singing annoying?

Lots of my Friends do , they say she sounds retarded. Shes actually my favourite singer lol. But i want to hear your opinions on her.

Promiscuous girl she goes "way oh way oh way ah hah!" what the f*ck is that about? lol But I like her. She's cool.

Personally, I can't stand to listen to her. She makes my ears bleed. Almost.

I think it is. She has this weird voice, almost a fake sounding like voice. When i listen to her i kind-of like her, but at the same time i dont. and sorry to nelly furtado and all her fans but she sounds like a fake :O
