Should i ask my music teacher for singing classes alone?

i want to be in the talent show but what if she does not have time but she likes to sing and i want to be good at singing. so should i ask?

Dont worry about 'what if ' Just ask her! Music teachers have a soft spot for their students! Tell her what you are aiming for and see if you can work out a time together!

It all depends on the timing and the teacher. If the teacher isn't really stressed thats the time to ask. Also if the teacher is a grouch I'd suggest taking actull singing lessons like my friend does. Hope This Helps!!

Go ahead and ask! If she doesn't have time, perhaps she knows of someone that you can trust who does.
also, ask some of the other folks who enjoy singing if they take lessons and from whom. You may wind up with a handful of names of singing teachers that way.
If not, a lot of music stores offer lessons ( at least, guitar,drums, and piano) and can possibly give you a tip in that direction as well.
