Typ of Singing? |
You know how christina aguilera sings ???you know up and down and trembly , what it is called?and is it considered a talent?and can everyone do it?? i dont train and i can do it everyone is right there called runs and not everyone can do it and i've talked to my voice teacher and she said it's very damaging to your voice christina has vocal cords of steal and if you do or anyone else that does, thats great lol just really try and not force or scream it out let it come naturally and you should barely feel it well i mean it should feel soothing not hurting your voice like it should feel as if you can to the highest note without trying, does that make sence? sry lol but anyways practice practice and practice trust me!! just take it a note at a time ;-) Anyone can do it with practise I have no idea what it is called, I think my music teacher just called it 'vibrating the voice' or something like that. Sorry if I couldn't help. 2 different things - "vibratto" is the trembly part; going up and down the scales are called "runs" aka vocal acrobatics often associated with R&B music. Not everyone can do it. Definitely takes practice. Some teachers consider that too much of it detracts from the song. they're called runs, I love her!! she has several singing styles but her main one is called "melisma" it includes singing several notes on just a single syllable.. she also does whistle register... her type of singing is mainly used by spinto sopranos.. most sopranos fear to try this because it usually damages their vocal cords. this requires powerful timbre, lon lung breath, sustained notes, and projection.. we should credit miss aguilera for this because her voice is simple made of diamond, not so easily scratched by gold.. |
