Better AC/DC singer? Bon Scott or Brian Johnson?

Bon Scott definitly had, in my opinion, a quirky personality that shined through his performance. I was never really into Brian, just listen to AC/DC Live (the album) and you'll know what I mean. Bon set a standard and guideline for Brian to follow, and to get the AC/DC sound, Brian really had to copy alot of what Bon created.

Bon, but, they really both kicked some serious butt!!!

This is a tough one. Bon Scott died at a critical phase in the production of the "Back in Black" project; his style was an exact fit to the band, as reviewers noted on AC/DC's previous albums. Brian Johnson's screamo work definitely hinted phrasewise at how Scott might have sounded (had Scott not suffocated on his own vomit). My vote's therefore for Scott.
