Advice on singing loud!!! Please help?

i can hit all the notes i want when i sing softly , but as i put more volume behind me, my voice breaks up. is it possible to hit those same notes loudly through practice?

What you need is support. Its fair enough hitting the right notes, but you need to use the diaphragm to get the correct volume behind it.
Supporting with the diaphgram gives the voice a basis, and stops the voice breaking.
Breathing is also important, as having a shortage of breath on a long note can lead to voice cracking.
Make sure your posture is correct. Shoulders not raised, hands by your side, and feet slightly apart.
To really help with the volume, use your face. On 'e' ad 'i' vowles, raise the cheeks and smile. You may think you look cheesy - but in reality, you don't, and it gives a great channel for the sound. On 'O' 'U' and 'A' vowles, drop the jaw and keep the tounge foward.

If you really want to progress in singing, I suggest you get a coach.

Hope that helped >.<

okay
i had the same problem
what you do is SLOWLY accelerate.
maybe every two days put the volume a notch or two higher
and you'll get over your problem before you know ittt.

YES!!!!, but you're voice isn't trained...
You can prolly sing beautifully..., but when ur quiet......lol

I used to do the same thing...
drink tea....., ALWAYS WARM UP YOUR VOICE!!!!!!!!
that's what my dad always used to tell me to do...
And now i can sing....., REALLY good!!!

if you want ALL the tips you can just e-mail me.....

You probably need to practice your breathing. Right now you're probably breathing just from your lungs; you need to breathe from your diaphragm if you want power. Practice breathing like you're getting the air from a straw. Doing this will make you feel like you're standing up extremely straight, so it may also help to practice singing with good posture.

OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND DROP YOUR JAW!!!!
(I'm in vocal)
The higher a note is the bigger your mouth needs to be to hit the correct pitch or sound.
Good luck.
