Does wearing high heels when you sing make it more difficult?

As in, does it change your posture in any way that is detrimental to singing technique?

Yes it hurts your posture and your breath support because your muscles in your legs are strained, so the muscles in your diaphargm can't work as much.

I don't think so.. it actually might help, since wearing heels sort of forces you to stand up taller. But I'm not sure.

no
