Black British Singer on MTV Commercials?

On the commercials for MTV, there's a black girl from Britain and they usually show her talking and then show her singing live. One outfit she wore was this weird shiny silver thing that had long sleeves and legs and then wore shorts over it. When she was talking it was sunny and she was wearing big sunglasses. And one of her songs has like shooting sounds in it I think. Thanks in advanced.
