Does singing improve your voice?

It'll improve your voice if you do proper warm ups before you sing like scales and arppegios but please only sing if you have the voice otherwise you'll just be like the other losers who THINK they can sing and just make fools out of themselves. Also, singing can hurt your voice if you don't do it right. I had concerts every weekend for 3 months straight and I developed blisters on my vocal cords. I had to stay quiet for one week - I had to write down what I said in order to let my voice completely heal and avoid getting surgery. So please, know what you are doing before you just try it out. Same thing goes for karaoke. I hate going to hear karaoke because people think you can do it even if you can't sing.... WRONG!!!!

yes, if you are doing it correctly practice will improve your voice. if you aren't you will just be reinforcing improper techniques.

if youre like really bad then it does nothing
but if you have potential then it will make you better

No, Singing comes from the voice you have already!! Im pretty sure you can make it great by doing scales though!
