How do I not get nervous right before a performance if...? |
there is someone in the audience just waiting for me to fail. think positive...that person who hates you, make them hate you more by singing amazingly. So what if they want you to fail just believe you wont. Smile big, take deep breathes and tell yourself you are not going to fail. take twelve deep breaths before the performance. then just think about what ur goin to do, not the audience. thats what i do before footall games Try not looking directly at the audience...look above them, because at the moment you are performing...you are above them. They are looking up at you in wonder and awe, because you are so good.Try to shut the audience out of your mind, and act like you're performing for the most important thing in your life.Good luck I find Heroin works really well but it has a few side effects you may want to consider... What helps me is confidence. The more I know the part, the more sure I am of myself. Booya on the person who doesn't like you. Blow them off. I've experienced singing for a few years. I do have a stage fright. I'll give you the tips: There's nothing like knowing your material before a show to give you confidence so be prepared and practice. Perform for the audience. The people who just want to be entertained and have gone for the pleasure of listening to the music and the songs. You must be pretty good to get a solo, so sing for those who believe in you. talk to ur choir teacher and dont think about other people being there good luck |
