I need some singing help!!!?

I am a very very very good singer. It might seem like I'm obsessing, but I want to be even better. Please any singing tips will work. I am singing for the elderly tomorrow (lol). But it still means alot to me. So anything please please please!

Being nervous is understandable. I was always taught if you drink warm tea with lemon it helps clear your voice and when you are done singing drink tea with honey to sooth your throat. Just relax, and be yourself. Great job singing to the elderly :)

I would say that you should warm up with the scales and practice a lot.

just be yourself...you are good and the elderly will really appreciate you for just being there. Have fun!!

I am in choir. Always do warmups and stretches!

Work on diction. Make sure you pronounce words so that if you sing, people can understand.

Practice with others, a mark of a good singer is to be able to blend with another when needed, or stand out on your own.

Sing a wide variety of songs, and try to expand your singing range.

Ok.. I do not know what is it that you want for advice but one thing i suggest you is that just be yourself.. you know what i mean.. if your nervous or something like that just be yourself..If your religious like me just pray that you will sing the song your singing with the Lord in your heart and your mind.. don't let fear overcome you.. instead let Jesus Christ lead you and guide you in all you do!!! ok well 1st really prounounce the words, really clear. and suck ur diaphram in (not so much dat it hurts or nytin!) but b4 dat ma singin teacher tells me 2 sing dese excersises: oh ah, oh ah, oh ah, oh ah, (goin higher evry time) den: dey ah, dey ah, dey ah, dey ah, (do the dey bit in a reli posh accent nd keep goin higher!) sounds daft i no but it really works!!!

ANNUNCIATE!!!!! they are OLD some of them dont have the best hearing(trust me i volunteer at a nursing home sometimes and its not always easy gettin them to hear) ANNUNCIATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

ok, some tips from my vocal coach.
a warning: you WILL feel totally stupid when you first try these but i heard improvement!
-place a buisness/index card flat in your mouth, up against your top teeth. now breathe. when you blow your air out, it should go over the card. you may sound like a cat hissing. ha. this is right! now sing. when you are singing, make sure your air is going above the card still! you wont be able to pronounce the words at all. but when you take the card out, still breathe like that. you'll get such a pretty sound!

not to be funny BUT...most likely they wont be able to hear well anyways so just relax!
