Choking when I sing? |
Sometimes (or the majority of the time) when I sing I choke on my saliva. The reason so is because I don't have a chance to swallow it when im singing. How can I stop this? When I choke, it's not a choking sound, but more of the saliva tickling my throat, and making my voice sound ugly. Can anyone help me? right before you start...swallow until your mouth is dry...and try to relax more...and if it starts giving you problems tilt your head back a little...breathe in and out of your mouth...and swallow if you find the chance...a few things I've picked up...it gets worse the more nervous i get...good luck! no problem :) Report It That happens to me sometimes. Just look for a little break in the words and swallow. Singing isn't just about breath control (knowing when to breathe, etc.) it's also about spit control!! relax! |
