I used to sing, and perform when i was younger, i stopped when i got to about 9 or 10, as money became a matter. Im now 17, 18 in march. i still adore singing, and i think i am quite good, but need lessons to improve to a higher level, i think lessons will benifit me. I love singing so so much, i have done since iwas tiny. My parents have heard me singing, and praise me. But i never sing in front of them, or anyone. My confidence is holding me back, how do i overcome this? Im so shy to sing infront of people, even my parents. It will be difficult to have a career as a performing artist if you are shy. However, there are other ways that you do what you love without performing on stage. Think about becoming a studio singer where you can get paid for singing on other's projects. It is very hard to overcome stagefright. First, star with your parents. Just go ahead and belt out your songs, who cares? Then, it will help you with the rest. Hey confidence matters everywhere. If you trust yourself you can do anything. Start singing in front of your parents, then in front of your family, then in front on your friends. Then when you didn't expect it, you are going to be able to sing in front of a big crowd. You got to forget about people just forget that there is people and do what you love to do. Good Luck>>> |
