Singers / Directors HELP PLEASE!! I sing in a church choir and am having trouble singing correct notes? |
Ive been singing in choirs since grade school. It is just recently that I am having difficulty and not with all songs. It happens enough to where it is disruptive. I feel like I cannot hear the tones I am singing or I will be singing and I will just lose the note I am supposed to be hitting. Sometimes, I will drift up to soprano or down to tenor. Maybe I need some pitch training software. Any suggestions would be appreciated by myself and my director and the rest of the alto's. The song I messed up on yesterday is a song we had not sang in month or two. it sounds like you are allowing yourself to drift off mentally, instead of concentrating on the music. This can happen from time to time, and it isn't a bad thing, just human. my whole family is vocally talented!Great Question....Get someone with a strong alto voice to stand right next to you and you need to listen to her.Sing on the same key as her and stay there.Keep listening.Anymore Problems contact me. hire a teacher to help you with your singer...OK |
