plz give any exercises to make my diaphragm stronger... thanks Lots of exercises out there but what I would recommend is:
take a piece of paper, the size of your palm (a post-it for example but without the glue) and face a wall, stand just a few inches from it, measuring from the tip of your nose. Put the piece of paper in front of your mouth and hold it with your hand stuck to the wall. Then, stand straight, take a deep breathe and make sure that all the air goes directly in your stomach. In order to do that, see that you don't move your shoulders upwards and that you don't pump your chest up. You'll feel that your stomach is inflated like a balloon, cause the diaphragm is holding all the air and is being pressed by it. After that, it is normal for the diaphragm to start pushing the air backwards. What you have to do is start producing a straight vocal with the air coming out (aaaaaaa or eeeeeee, iiiiiiiii, ooooo, uuuuuuu) release your hand from the piece of paper you're holding on the wall and make sure that the air goes directly to it. It should stand on the wall while you're producing the vocal (but do not use a vibrato, just straight vocal). The moment it falls down, it means the diaphragm is not pumping air anymore and you're producing the vocal in your throat (larynx).
In the beginning it may be hard, but when you manage to hold the piece of paper on the wall for a couple of seconds using only your voice, it means that your diaphragm is working. In time, as your diaphragm is getting stronger, you'll be able to do this for more then 30 seconds.
Repeat the exercise for ten minutes every day and you'll notice improvement very soon.
