Can everybody sing well?

I think i have a terrible voice, plus the fact that I grew up learning two languages, English and Vietnamese, i always slur my words a lot. Is there any way i could improve my own voice? or do most people who sing are born with talent?

everybody on this earth born with talents...it's just tat some people make use of their talent n some dun make use of it....if u r interested in singing just go ahead n get some training n beleive me u'll b a very popular singer....my dream is also 2 become a wellknown singer but unfortunately there is no one in my hometown who gives singing training so i'm unlucky 4 this...but still i'm not gonna loose my hopes...i'll go 2 india n get my training...bye n tc

I don't think you have a terrible voice, just lack of training (I do too). Some people are more musically inclined than others but that doesn't mean you can't sing.

Born with talent. Lessons might do the trick if your voice isnt too bad.
