I know I can sing well and sometimes when I went to get solos I always ws better then my choir mates in the pitches but my minus is that I don;t have a deep voice, I can't sing to loudly. Can you help me to improve my voice somehow? plz.

Make use of the internet, youtube has free guitar lessons and I believe there might be the odd free singing lessons on there.
Go to expert village. This web site do have free singing lessons. Do all this but get a real teacher when you can afford it.
You must practise every day. You must (and this is most important of all) develop an ear for music. This takes time and constant practice.

Before you learn to sing a particular song listen to the original often until the sound, feel, tempo etc becomes second nature.
Chior definatley is not enough except for those who have extraordinairy natural talent. The rest of us have to put in a lot of work to achieve anything.
