Hollyoaks! Claire returns?

Well, Remember the whole claire situation? I was away on a long holiday over all of that so i never really understood the whole situation, But I've heard shes reutrning around christmas? =O,,,Can someone please explain the whole situation to me? =[ Thanks =]xx

well they didn't kill her out so i assume she will be returning one day

the residents of Hollyoaks think that she died (drowned) while she kidnapped Kate (Warren's sis) and Warren, Justin and Max were trying to rescue her, things went wrong and Clare drove into a lake with Kate in the car

they never saw her again

but we did

on the airport, she looked her old self and sat next to a rich looking guy and introduced herself to him, than smiled in the camera .... and she was out

It came out somehow that it was Justin who pushed her so Claire kidnapped Katie (his gf) and they were at some quarry or something and she had her tied up in true hollyoaks fashion and then max, warren and justin were like chasing them round the place and eventually (sorry my memory is quite bad) there was a scene where Justin said they should kill him and let Katie live so Claire made Max do it so Justin took a beating and played dead. Cutting a long story short, Claire drives her car into a lake with Katie in it, all the men rush in to save Katie, in the water Max sees Claire reaching for him but he lets her drown and then Claire's red coat is seen on the surface in the distance. At the end of the show the clip shows her flying to Dublin(??) and introducing herself to a man in the airport as Claire Devine.

I may very well stop watching hollyoaks if she comes back. Well i won't but i strongly believe that whole thing was the most dragged out and worst storyline on the show in months/years.

She was supposed to have drowned Justin and Warren save Katie from drowning in a lake, Max stood and watched Claire go down then had an attack of guilt so he jumped in. but couldn't find her. We were given the impression she had drowned and thats what Warren, Justin, Max and Katie think. But at the end of the episode they showed her talking to some guy in the airport like she'd just found her new victim.

She's going back to Eastenders.

iam not sure if she is returning but a no it want be any time soon as the person who plays her is going back into eastenders
