Yep...that's lil Richie alright. And the little boy that the Winslow's adopted is on That's so Raven. ...He was on AMC. He married Julia Santos and they soon got into some trouble with some mobsters and had to go into the witness protection program, so that is how they left the show. A couple of years... Of course not...They will put it back up when they talk about her again.
