On OLTL Who else thinks?

That Jared is also the son of the guy Vicky is dating in Texas(like the world isn't small enough). Also I love the character of Evangeline, but does it make any sense that if they cant meet her terms then they should recast. i was thinking Renee Jones who was just let go from Days. Who do you think would fit? I thought it was stupid when Chris said 2day that her mother still wont allow me 2 see her. I dont remember this lady having a grudge against Chris that she would deny him from seeing her daughter(the writers can be stupid sometimes)

There is talk on the boards at soap central about Charlie being Jared's Dad, but he could also be Nash's Dad. Apparently at some point Charlie is going to reveal his last name starts with a B - so he can be a Banks or a Brennan. I do not remember any conflict between Vange's mom and Chris - but keep in mind the last her mom heard from Vange was that that her and Chris were broken up for good.

Evangeline did nothing for me but she wasn't too bad. I thought Jared could be that guy in Texas's son or another Buchanan

That's a good idea - Jared probably is this guy's son. I still don't understand the connection to the Buchanans though, and Jared is definitely out to get the Buchanans in some way. I think Renee Jones would make an excellent recase. I'm not knocking Rene Goldsberry, because I felt her Evangeline was one of the strongest female characters on daytime, but you're right, the character shouldn't be allowed to languish just because of their "creative differences" or $$ problems.

I was thinking the same thing about Jared - that he's Charlie's son.. I doubt if Renee G. would come back as Evangeline and it's time to re-cast her if they're going to. Jones may be a good choice. We'll see.

I was thinking he was Nash's dad. How would he know Jared was there. Jared's trip wasn't planned but Nash's was. I would like to see a recast of Evangaline. I loved her character.

I also think Jared is Charlie's son. That would tie everyone in Texas together. I don't remember Vangie's mom not liking Cristian either. I love her character but I've gotten used to her being gone. That makes sense or he is Chuck Wilson Sr, Asa's former ranch foreman. His name is Charlie which is also a nickname for Chuck. I can't wait to see who. Evangeline's mom not letting him see her makes no sense, I do not remember her not liking him or anything like that unless she feels he is responsible because the accident happened in his studio. But, that would be stupid. Renee Jones may be a good match but isn't she a little older? I think the girl who used to be on AMC as Belinda would be good.

I think it's going to be Nash that's Charlie's son. I was wondering the same thing about why Chris said that. I heard they're completely writing the character out, so maybe this was their way of not having anyone ask questions, still Layla's her sister and that doesn't make sense because she mentioned Vang when Chris was w/ Sara at Capricorn
