Y&R: What do you think about Daniel having his cell phone in the court room today?

I couldn't believe that he was so stupid. And it was so obvious. It was stupid that Phyllis didn't want to wait for Michael to call her and tell her the results after the hearing was over. How do you feel about Daniel and what he did with his cell phone in the courtroom? Do you think that Phyllis will lose her work release now?

I think that was the dumbest things the writers could have come up with. Where is Phyllis' brains??? As a mother (at least she's supposed to be),why would you put your child in that position.

Michael told her he would call her as soon as it was over!!

Daniel is a stoner in real life, nothing he does impresses me.
He thinks he's a chick magnet.

Wait ... hold on ... soap operas have gotten that lame a cell phone in a court room is big drama? That is down right pathetic maybe this writers strike is a godsend.

I thought that was a joke . When your in a court room that is one of the things they tell you to turn off . They should study these things before they do it .

He was a straight clown for doing that, if Phyllis didn't know better at least Daniel should have.

Well if she does lose her appeal or work release it won't be because of what Daniel done. I think Michael really didn't give a good plea for her to begin with. His mind is else where with everything going on! I've never really been a Phyillis fan, but I don't think she should be in jail for what she's done!
