I don't know what is meant by spoilers, but one has already happened for me: Emily died.

Emily will be haunting people, Jason or Nikolas will be areested for her murder. Zachara will still terrorize the town for months to come.Before the year ends a BIG face will return to POrt Charles Could it be Brenda, Alcazar, LAura, Robert and Anna?> NIkolas will leave Spencer in the care of gma Leslie.
