Did Hope ever forgive Chelsea for running over her little boy? (I forget his name) or was it not Chelsea after all? If not, then who was it?
How in the world did John die and why did Sami name her son after him? I thought she hated John because she always wanted her mom and dad to get back together?

bo and hope are still happy and in love and they did forgive chelsea and now they have a little girl..john died in a hit and run and sammie named the baby after him because when it came down to it she felt like it was her fault that he was murdered...shawn and belle are supposed to be getting married but belle is cheating on him with phillip..and sammie is now married to ej...

Yes, she did. His name was Zach and yes, it was Chelsea that did it.
John was killed by a hit and run driver, supposedly a former cellmate of Andre's. Sami made amends with him shortly before he was killed and named her son for him to honor her mother who helped her give birth.

Bo & Hope are still together. Yes they forgave Chelsea & Chelsea is now a good girl. Sami started loving her step-dad but now the show is messing up Sami's life again with E.J. Wells! Looks like this show will never let Sami be happy.
