I think Cooper killed Leticia and Emily and tried to strangle Carly. I can't think of what his motive would be though. Rumors say that Georgie may be his next victim. I don't think the mafia has ties to either of the murders. Leticia and Carly have ties to the mob but Emily and Georgie don't.
