General Hospital - Nikolas & Emily?

I believe in the end we will find out that Emily is still alive although this probably won't occur until May.

I've read excerpts from the head writer. He says Nikolas is not seeing a ghost nor is she a figment of his imagination or his conscience as Alan is to Tracy.

I think when she fell and hit her head, she went into a coma...or maybe Nikolas is in a coma. I see whichever one not "asleep" waking much later...during sweeps. I know she is leaving the show in May so maybe when this story "awakens", maybe she and Nikolas will ride off in the sunset only to return later after a much deserved break.

It may not happen this way but I think it will come to be an interesting story. The head writer says it is playing out of a fairytale. I'm looking forward to the ride.

One more thought: Tyler Christopher's acting during the playing out of Emily's death and funeral has been Emmy worthy. Hopefully, his fellow actors recognize that by nominating him.

Oh, and to those that think that just because they had a funeral, she's dead. ....Please!!! This is a soap! If you watch DOOL, you know dead is never really dead. ...and if it's someone's comatose state we are seeing reality through, of course, there'd be a funeral.

(I like your theory )SHE IS NOT A GHOST( that what the writer said Guza) that what i think to. So I'm thinking she is a part of his blackout( he see her in his blackouts). I read also that it's going to be the most romantic story ever.

I was wondering myself how they will explain her lying there "cold" for hours. I was stunned at the death. Yes, Tyler's acting was superb and quite tearjerking. I tivo my soaps, so many nights I watch several episodes if I get behind. I have many questions as well....

First, I agree with you on Tyler hopefully getting recognized for the great job he did. Even tho we were suppose to be thinking he did something to Em, I couldn't help but feel sorry for him and want to hug the pain away. He made me feel his loss and now days that doesn't happen often enough.
As for what is going on with Em, I am not sure. My first thought was that she isn't a ghost, but maybe she is there to help him solve what happened to her, not for her, but for him to understand and let go. Does that make sense? I am just going to have to sit and wait, but whatever it is IT had better be good to drag out for the next 3-4 months!!

Wow, I don't know what to think. At first I thought she was a ghost but then I thought why would they immediately repeat the same storyline. Maybe Emily cannot pass into heaven untill Nikolas comes to peace with her death? Maybe she'll be the one to reveal her killer's identity? I did read one spoiler where it says "Emily is heartbroken when she realizes she is really dead." I think this storyline will be enjoyable and definately worth the ride.

Tyler should get the Emmy next year for sure, he broke my heart. But, Emily is dead, she is leaving the show, it has been stated that the only way she will turn up alive is that if down the road she has decided she wants to come home. For now she has decided to persue work in primetime.

speaking of fairytale, i thought that when nik took the gun, he would go through with it and kill himself, then emily would awaken from her knock out. and, that was when luke had a 2nd heart attack when he was trying to check on nik. so, i thought that he was gonna die trying to help nik, who he usually can't stand. that would have been sweet and sad. he finally wanted to help nik, and died doing it. :(

There is a drug that makes someone dead when their really not. I wonder if someone gave em that drug to make it look like she was dead. But she is really alive somewhere. And someone replace the real em with a look like. And i also heard that they are going to bring back Helena. And Elizabeth Taylor who originated the role will resume tat role. That is just a rumor i heard. And she could behind Nicholas problems. I also heard some other fan favorite that might be returning is Brenda, Anna and Robert, Frisco, Laura. So everyone stay tune.
