Is drake hogestyn coming back to DOOL as John Black?? I hear rumors...any truth behind them?

Days needs to do something, i heard they only have 1 yr. to bring the ratings up....and quit turning Belle into such a Ho bag on the show...haha

yes, drake hogestyn is coming back to Days, but not as John Black. They are bringing him in as someone else-maybe as a twin or something.
I do agree with you on Belle though. She's married to Shawn, yet she's still in ;love with Phil. She really needs to make up her mind who she wants to be with. I always thought that when they were teens, they were a supercouple and would always be together, but......

I don't think they are bringing John Black back, but I totally agree with you on Belle - the things that she is doing are totally out of character for her.

That has been the rumor in the last few soap mags. They said he could be back in Jan.

I read those same rumors....I'm thinking he may come back but not back as himself right away....Isn't a coincidence that on yesterdays show Stefano had Rolf performing surgery on somebody downstairs who I think he said was once his greatest adversary???

heard rumors about John coming back...they're been hinting: w/ Rolf in scrubs yesterday and Stefano talking about his nemises, we'll see where it goes. They needed to change Belle's personality, she was too goody-goody ..even Hope (sleeping w/ John) & Caroline(having Bo w/ Victor) did some things that weren't prim & proper. The only one who's a saint is Alice. Even Maggie had her affair

I've read a rumour that says that he's not really dead, and only Marlena knows. Supposedly they found something out that John is investigating that nobody else can know about, possibly to do with Colleen.

For some reason I think that is the person Ralph and Stefano were talking about some surgery he had just performed .Belle has become such a witch she finally gets Shawn and now she wants Philip . Is that true about the 1 yr. ratings up or they're done ? I have been watching days for over 20 years and I'm a huge fan but lately their story lines suck .
