How Do You Like The Guy That Replaced Nathaniel Marston On OLTL?

I hate the new Michael. The role of Michael was created specifically for Nathaniel after he was brought back to the show. It should have left with Nathaniel and should have not been re-casted. The new guy Chris is horrible.

Agree, but they had to let Nathaniel go for what he did. I think they should have hired the original Michael back and then when Marcie came home, she would have noticed the changes in Michael, the parts of him that were Al were gone after he lied to her all those months about Tommy. I think that would have been a good way to go.

He's not exactly horrible but it's going to take time to get used to him.

I like him. I hope people give him a chance and not start bashing him right away.

I've only seen him for 1 show so far, I'm behind a bit, but he seems kinda rough around the edges. He doesn't seem to have any of that softer Al side like Marston did. I'm sure I'll eventually get used to him though.

I think we're all just so used to seeing Nathaniel as Michael, that we can't (or don't) want to see anyone else in that role.

But, I do think this new guy, Chris, is pretty good. We've all got to give him a chance; I think he'll work out.

I understand that they had to "punish" Nathaniel for what he did. If they didn't fire him, it would be like saying they didn't mind that he broke the law. No one is above the law. They did the right thing AND we will miss him!!

I like the new Michael and won't miss Nathaniel.
Nathaniel needs to pay for what he did.
Give the new guy a chance.

I realize he has to make the role his own, but it's not the Michael we're use to seeing. Nathaniel had a quality that made you like him, even when he did the wrong thing. His eyes showed how it was tearing him apart the entire time he knew who Tommy really was and could't let Marcie know.

im not really fond of the new Micheal because we are all so used to the old character.

OK, I just saw this guy... nope nope nope ... I do NOT like him!!! I also dislike when the new actor tries to mimic the old one. lol

I totally agree, i was like who the heck is this. When they Starr said DR MCBAIN, I was like OH no. I thought maybe he was off for the day or something.
