New Year's Eve on TV Shows?

Hi everybody, :o)

I'm currently trying to recall a couple of TV shows that cover (at least a little bit of) the "New Year's Eve" vibe, but all I can come up with is The X-Files (Millenium) and The O.C. (The Countdown).

Could you possibly help me get together a couple of more episodes from TV shows (genre doesn't really matter, but should be series and not movies) ?
