Can someone tell me everything that Susie Orman said on Oprah today (Oct. 31) about credit cards?

I missed it, because someone on the phone started speaking.

Pay off your credit card with the highest interest rate first. Call your cr. card company and try to get a better rate on the others. Do not charge. Do not buy if you don't have cash coming in. Open a Roth IRA and contribute to your 401K (If available) up to the amount the company matches.
Stop spending.

"Blah blah blah...Credit cards bad...Blah Blah Blah...Cash good"

Lots of stuff. Credit cards...pay off high interest ones first, negotiate interest rates. Stop charging.

Get a script of that show, go on Oprah's website, or google Susie Orman.....That way you will get exactly what was said and interpret it your way instead of someone else's way.
Susie makes so much sense that if we are to be happy financially in any capacitity, she is worth listening to. What she says makes sense no matter what money you make, it is how you use it so it suits every budget!! Only the banks and credit card companies make money on credit cards as a rule, unless you KNOW and OBEY the rules.
