WOW. I can see that alot of people think Tyra is trying to be Oprah.. but.. please click:?

heyy, Im 15, just wandering around the yahoo answers thingy, I click on about 5 q's here, (randomly) and I see that 3/5 are about Tyra trying to be Oprah..
Ieven heard she said it herself (!!!), so..
My question is:

Did Tyra ever say that she was the next Oprah?

Okay; everybody ignored the question.

I didnt say I agreed with anything.

She did not say she was the next Oprah she said she aspires to be "like" her. She has never said she was the "next" Oprah. She has even said on her show that she idolizes her. I think some people have misinterpreted what she said. I like Tyra and watch her show faithfully but she is no Oprah. But i do think she has a calling for the talk show scene. She comes across very genuine which is suprising for a model type person.

Tyra definitely isn't tryng to be Oprah. Why do people make assumptions when she's just trying to help others?? Just because she is trying to help other people doesn't mean that she wants to be the next Oprah. That is ridiculous. People need to stop all the gossiping.

I don't think she is trying to be the next Oprah I think she is just trying to help people. If every one who wants to help others is going to be accused of trying to be the next Oprah then it has to be said about Ellen, Montel, Dr Phil, and all the others who have ever done any thing to help people in need. She just likes to help people who have less then her.

i dont think so,, i think shes just trying to be kind to others. shes also a role model and i think she's trying to also set a good example by helping people.

I wouldnt doubt it, but I dont know if she's actually come out and said it. Tyra is better looking than Oprah-but that's about it. Oprah has a business sense that Tyra couldnt buy with all of the money in the world. She's also come up through the ranks and Tyra has very little in her background that would indicate she could take over the throne.

tyra made it clear that she is not following oprah, she is doing her dreams, and if u really think about it there shows are not too much alike tyra likes to do testes and surveys of people real life.

That assumption is so wrong. Tyra is no prize but would anyone seriously want to be a fat, ugly, dumb, lesbian woman living in denial?
