Did anyone see this episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show today, I wanna say I was SHOCKED AT WHAT I SAW!!!!!!!!! did anyone see the man who lost all that weight and they showed all the excess fat that was left over, I mean his belly looked gross, I was planning to heat up some left over ThanksGiving food and play the game Resident Evil code Veronica after Oprah went off, but first I had to get that picyure out of my mind, I weight about 224 pounds and I am big boned and I can wear things that will make me look like I have lost weight, anyway, this was a good episode of Oprah, I wonder what happened to Dr.Oz, he is usally on Tuesdays, well I guess he's on vacation, oh well anyway I loved the woman who used to weight 703 pounds and I love all the weight she lost, and I loved the clothes all of them had on, what did u think of this episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show- oh I put the date it aired in case you forgot, also my 360 page willo not be available, it is being worked on,

Yes, I saw the show.. Wow! Wow! I couldn't believe the size of the stretch pants she wore.

Oh my gosh. I saw the show too. My friend has a step-mother who used to weigh 478 pounds and went on Jenny Craig and now weighs like 160 with excess skin, she still hasn't had her surgery yet. I personally love Oprah. My mom says shes a phony, but anyone with that much money can be at times. But I really do like Oprah, last year in sixth grade I did a biography on her and I was really amazed at what a great person she is.

Yes, I watched that show. I saw the previews for it all week, so it was worth the wait! All that excess skin was incredible- I've never seen anything like that before!
These are normal people who lost weight the old-fashioned and proper way- through diet, exercise, and lifestyle change.
People who take the easier way with lap bands and stomach stapling drive me nuts. If you don't change your lifestyle, even the surgeries will fail. All of those people are an inspiration to anyone who needs to lose even fifteen or twenty pounds!
